Is Resort Vacation Promotions a travel agency or vacation provider?
No. We are not a travel agency or vacation provider. We are marketers who promote savings on 3- 5 star hotels, vacation resorts, hotels, airline tickets, car rentals and attractions to businesses and entrepreneurs as a reward to their enployees, clients or customers. etc.

Are users of the the travel club membership required to attend a vacation property tour?
No . However if you do decide to vacation at a resort, a tour guide may offer you a view of the property in exchange for a free accommodations upgrade, dinner show or attraction tickets but there are no requirements to do so.

Are there any demographic requirements to use the resort incentives?

Yes. The primary user must be at least 21 years of age, has a bank connected credit or debit card (no prepaid debit cards) and a valid state driver license or ID.

What if we want to bring our children?

Some resorts will allow you to bring 2 children under 12 years of age for free. However, some require $25 per night per child regardless of age, which is still a discount rate. If this will be a family vacation, we advise you to figure this cost into your travel budget just in case the resort or hotel you choose to vacation at, does require you to pay the $25 per night per child.

Why are vacation and travel providers able to offer their services at such low prices?
Hotels, travel companies, restaurants, and other establishments contract with marketing companies in order to provide these vacation incentives. They offer these in order to get people to use their services and see what they have to offer. This builds brand loyalty. For example, hotels rarely experience full occupancy except during conventions, major holidays and weekends so they market them at a discount rather than have them totally unoccupied. When hotels have empty rooms, they do not make any money and it’s a waste of a good room. Although they have lost the retail price of the room regardless, they can still let you stay for free or below wholesale in the hopes that you’ll stay longer, eat in their restaurants, spend money at their in-house shops and casinos and take advantage of their amenities (spa, room service, etc.). When you leave after having had a great time, they hope that you’ll come back to stay with them in the future and maybe even tell a few friends.

Are there any hidden charges or additional fees required to use the vacation club certificate?
Other than the $25 redemption fee there are no additional charges or fees.

How are do I receive and then deliver the certificates to the recipients?
Certificates can be printed out and handed to your recipients or via electronically. They are ready for immediate download and print out after your payment has been processed and confirmed. You are not allowed to sell certificates to individual recipients, they must be given away.

How do we make reservations when we decide on the date?
Once you receive your vacation club membership you will have complete information on how to make reservations, book flights, car rentals attractions, dinner shows, the works.

Why should I purchase your certificate instead of a competitor?
We believe in putting the needs of our clients first. We are confident that the gift certificates we offer can save you and your recipients a considerable amount of money. We also offer a certificate package plan to suit just about any marketing budget.

What if I decide I want a refund?
Because our certificates are delivered electronically there is no refund. This is why we provide complete information about all of our digital products to you in advance. So we encourage you to have all your questions answered before making the decision to purchase.
